AI workflow that reads handwritten feedback forms, performs sentiment analysis then stores the responses in Google Sheets.

Workflow overview

This workflow monitors a network location for new scanned documents. Then using OCR technology kanvus reads the document content before analysing and scoring its sentiment.

Once scored and graded the workflow determines if any actions are necessary. If so an escalation email is sent. On completion of the workflow the data is saved to a Google Sheet for further reporting and analysis.

Workflow steps

  • Extract content - Convert the uploaded feedback form into editable text using OCR

  • Analyse Sentiment - Identify whether the feedback is positive, neutral, or negative

  • Evaluate Quality Score - Assign a score based on feedback clarity, completeness, and relevance

  • Determine Actions - Decide whether to follow up, escalate or save

  • Escalate - Send an email to the quality department for high-priority or concerning feedback

  • Finalize & Save - Store all processed feedback in Google Sheets for easy access
