Using our own AI workflow platform for website lead processing, draft quote PDF generation and HubSpot integration.

Workflow overview

This workflow accepts new website lead form submissions to initiate a kanvus workflow that generates a draft quote.

It validates the submission isn't spam, generates quote content including pricing, creates a PDF, prompts a manual verification step before adding the lead and pdf to Hubspot CRM. Finally, the workflow sends an automated email reply to the website lead client the draft quote attached.

Workflow steps

  • Website lead form - submission posted via API to initiate workflow

  • Check for Spam - Identify whether the feedback contains spam.

  • Produce quote based on project description - Generate a quote that reflects the project's goals and requirements.

  • Generate PDF for quote - Create a PDF document from the generated quote.

  • Review quote - Review the generated quote for accuracy and completeness.

  • Add lead to CRM - Add the lead's information to the HubSpot.

  • Email quote to lead - Send the generated quote to the lead's email address, containing the PDF.
